When you can return a product

• You can return a product within 14 days of the day you receive it.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with its seal intact and all accessories included.

What cannot be returned

• Cosmetics, skin care, hair care, and other personal care products whose seal or protective packaging has been opened. This is for health and hygiene reasons.

• Products damaged through use or not returned in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or wrong products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return delivery cost.

Return delivery cost

If you return a product because you changed your mind, you pay the return delivery cost. If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong, we pay it.

Refunds

• We inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receiving it.

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take additional days to show the amount on your statement.

• Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or in cash.

• The refund is made in the currency in which the order was paid.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is handed to the courier. Contact us with your order number and we refund any amount already paid.
