Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement sets out the terms on which you buy products from store.goldenprizma.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

1. Parties

  • Seller: Golden Prizma, [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Registration number: [COMPANY REGISTRATION / TAX NUMBER]. Phone: [PHONE NUMBER]. Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

  • Buyer: the person who places the order, identified by the name, phone number, email address, and delivery address entered at checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products the Buyer orders electronically on store.goldenprizma.com, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Products and prices

  • The type, quantity, and price of each product are shown on the product page, in the cart, and on the checkout page before the order is placed.

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. The total charged, including the delivery fee, is the amount shown on the checkout page.

  • The price shown at the time of the order is the price that applies. Later price changes do not affect an order already placed.

4. Payment

  • The Buyer pays by one of the methods offered at checkout.

  • Card payments are processed on the secure page of our payment service provider. The Seller does not receive or store card details.

  • The order is confirmed when the payment is approved, or, for cash on delivery, when the Seller confirms the order.

5. Delivery

  • Products are delivered to the address the Buyer gives at checkout.

  • The delivery fee and the estimated delivery time for the Buyer's city are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

  • Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest. If a product cannot be supplied, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds any amount paid within 14 days.

  • The Buyer should check the package on delivery and report damage to the courier and to the Seller.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty.

  • To withdraw, the Buyer notifies the Seller at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [PHONE NUMBER] within that period and sends the product back as described in the Return Policy.

  • The Seller refunds the amount paid, using the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For reasons of health and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics, personal care products, and similar goods once their seal or protective packaging has been opened, nor to products made to the Buyer's personal specification.

8. Defective products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, the Buyer may ask for a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

9. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / CITY OF JURISDICTION]. The competent consumer bodies and courts of [COUNTRY / CITY OF JURISDICTION] have authority over disputes arising from it.

11. Acceptance

The Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement by confirming the order on store.goldenprizma.com.
